We complete each session with instruction on applicaple and helpful self care techniques when neccessary to help you fully and deeply experience the benefits of the work.
The modalities used may include Connective Tissue Therapy, Neuro Muscular Therapy, Reiki, Shiatsu, KAM, and Swedish.
